So a little history, I have started and then stopped running/cycling more times than my Spin bike's been used as a clothes rack. However, a recent health check where my blood pressure was so high they thought the machine was broken has made me try again> Doing this fitness thing in line with some dieting. Will sort out a weigh-in page in due course
